This third generation, family owned winery produces a wide variety of award-winning varietals from more than 100 acres of Santa Clara Valley estate vineyards - as well as from other premium winegrowing regions within California.
Today, the winery produces nearly 40,000 cases annually under three different labels, Guglielmo Private Reserve, Villa Emile Varietal Wines, and our oldest label, Emile's.
Although the winery has grown, we still abide by the family philosophy to produce natural, quality wines to share with family and friends. The family continues to oversee every phase of the winemaking process.
Private Reserve Varietals
Handcrafted in small quantities, these limited releases combine intense varietal character with the grace and elegance gained from over 80 years of family winemaking.
Villa Emile Varietals
Our newest series of wines - the Villa Emile Series - combines premium varietal grapes from some of California’s most respected winegrowing districts with more than seventy-five years of Guglielmo family winemaking expertise. The Villa Emile wines by the Guglielmo Family represents excellent quality, consistency, and value in California varietal table wines. We feel the fresh and clean style of our Villa Emile California wines captures the spirit of the Italian Piedmont, where our ancestors began making wine centuries ago.
Emile’s Table Wines
This historic label - named after our grandfather and winery founder, Emilio Guglielmo - is used today for consistently excellent wines crafted from a variety of premium grapes.

2007 Private Reserve Chardonnay Santa Clara Valley
Produced by the Guglielmo family from Chardonnay grown at San Ysidro vineyards in Southern Santa Clara Valley — then pressed, barrel-fermented, aged and bottled at our winery. 2006 Private Reserve Zinfandel Santa Clara Valley
Produced from Estate Grown Zinfandel from our Santa Clara Valley vineyards. |
2007 Private Reserve Pinot Grigio Santa Clara Valley
One of the most popular of our white wine releases, we are happy to again make available this lovely Pinot Grigio.
