We realize that stellar wines begin in the vineyard, so we are passionate about sourcing the finest fruit for Anglim wines.  Our limited case production of 3,000 to 4,000 cases a year allows us to handcraft our wines in small lots with a combination of tradition and innovation. We use 100 percent French oak, but manage the new oak percentages to create wines with a balanced style, and enough character to be cellared but enough elegance to be enjoyed now.
