We have created an extensive line of Cal-Ital culinary delights ranging from pestos and aiolis to salsas, marinades, dipping oils, dessert sauces and baking mixes. Viansa also produces an estate-grown olive oil made from olives harvested from nearly 1,000 trees on the property.
