We have held on to this beauty for one year post bottling to allow its potential to emerge. The style is reminiscent of an era before the category morphed into sweetish, oak-a-mati ... morec, melted butter. You'll enjoy the pear and apple aromatics, crème brûlée notes and juicy acids. Just a light chill is required. They say all white wine would be red if it could - but not this classic Chardonnay.
