While rich and sensuous on the palate, the wine displays a youthful firmness and long finish. Enjoy its optimal beauty between 2007 and 2012. The fruit for this wine, from our oldest vineyard, was fermented and aged 15 months in a new Sequin Moreau “Grand Cru” barrel. Twenty-four cases of magnums were bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Harvested from vineyard block 4, this wine was aged for 15 months in a one-year old Remond-Allier barrel. Twenty-three cases of magnums were bottled unfiltered and unfined.

In addition, there are notes of chocolate, tobacco, sweet oak and mint. The core of hedonistic sweet fruit is kept lively by bright acidity and the texture is rich, long and full. While still quite young and enjoyable for its copious fruit, this wine is probably best enjoyed 2006 – 2012.
