Santa Lucia Highlands
The Santa Lucia Highlands Appellation blend Pinot Noir has been one of our most popular wines ever since the 1999 vintage received a 91-point rating from the Wine Spectator. The 2006 may be the fullestbodied SLH blend since that 1999 offering. This is due, in part, to the super 2006 vintage and also because of the prominence of Pisoni Vineyard fruit in the blend. The 2006 wine is 47% Pisoni Vineyard, 38% Rosella’s Vineyard and 15% Garys’ Vineyard Pinot Noir.
