Deep black cheery, fragrant gardenia with a hint of spice and light oak on the nose. Cola, warm vanilla, sour cherry and bright cranberry on the pallet. Long smooth finish with a youthful tang of acidity. Pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, brazed lamb lion or grilled portabella mushrooms. Drink now though 2015. Only 192 cases produced
