Floral and citrus nose with light cinnamon spice. Creamy mouth feel with a big mid-palate, vanilla, candied pineapple and great acidity. Chardonnay lovers, and others, will very much enjoy this one. Wild yeast fermentation, 50% ML. Drink now through 2010.
