The Findleton Estate and Winery Viognier was hand-picked, pressed, and 100% barrel fermented in neutral oak to retain optimum varietal character while enhancing the structure and complexity of the palate. The wine was aged on the lees for 8 months prior to bottling. The bouquet exhibits aromas of lavender, honeysuckle, and almond with hints of pear. The palate contains firm, balanced acidity with a persistent citrus finish. |
