The wine has pure black cherry cola fruit expression, with notes of chocolate and bright strawberry and a voluptuously silky texture on the palate. A touch of toasted oak lends complesity and some forest floor aromas, while the acidity and tannins are supple. The wine can be enjoyed in its youth with just a bit of airing before drinking.
It will complement such savory dishes as mushroom based pastas, roast chicken with herbs or red meats and game.
