The Wine: This lightly sweet yet brightly effusive white would work equally well as a pre-prandial aperitif, a post-prandial refresher or (prandially speaking) as the perfect accompaniment to white meat fowl (such as chicken or turkey) or the somewhat spicier Asian cuisines (such as Thai or Szechuan).
A floral, fruit filled nose, rich flavors of melon and tropical stone fruits and a zesty finish make this wine a pleaser.
