This 100% varietal Syrah Rosé was produced from hand picked grapes from our certified
organic and Biodynamic® vineyard west of the Santa Rita Hills. It was whole-cluster pressed and fermented at a cool 50˚f in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain its
fruit-oriented freshness.
