We immediately pressed the juice off a small lot of Sangiovese grapes as they came into the winery during cr ...moreush and used a few barrels of the red Sangiovese to give it a beautiful rose/salmon tint before bottling. This wine is refreshing and full of fruit â€“strawberries on the nose with delicious flavors of strawberries and cranberries on the palate and finish. With little residual sugar, this dry wine is perfect for sipping at those backyard barbeques this spring and summer, pairing delightfully with almost anything you can cook up on the grill.

Our Bountiful Blanc is our first release of a white blend, and just in time! The blend combines both varietals, Symphony and Sauvignon Blanc, which come from local vineyards on the ...more east side of Lodi.

The pale straw colored wine starts with your typical floral nose, characteristic of the Symphony varietal. After slight aeration, bright fruit flavors of apricot and freshly cut grass surround the glass reminiscent of summertime. Our Bountiful Blanc is a well balanced, multi-purposed wine with just the right amounts of acid and natural fruit flavors.

So the French drink RosÃ©s. Chilled, very aromatic and dry, the RosÃ©s are lighter than red wines but still offer a significant weight in the mouth. Marketta first began to make a RosÃ© for her and Jean-Noel's own Summer consumption, when entertaining guests and friends at their house or at the winery.

Our 2006 MÃ©nage Ã T ...morerois is the epitome of a good rosÃ©. No pretension, no pretense. Just a fruit-laden roller coaster ride of raspberries, strawberries, lychee nuts and flowers with a silky smooth finish.

This 2006 is a madcap blend of Merlot, Syrah and GewÃ¼rztraminer. The two red grapes received as 24-hour cold soak on the skins to give the wine its suggestive pinkness and luscious body. The GewÃ¼rztraminer was cold fermented to preserve the exotic spice and naked fruit. No malolactic fermentation here-just crisp acidity.
