| Amicus Cellars (Amicus and X Winery) was established from the foundation of a MBA business plan at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. The plan focused on a winery that would utilize new technologies. These new technologies would lower production costs while creating fine wines at lower prices. The goal was to create wines that had an outstanding value proposition for wine consumers.
