Vineyard 7 & 8 was purchased in 1999 by Launny & Weezie Steffens. The vineyards, originally planted in 1985, are located at the top of Spring Mountain at the 2020 foot elevation. Currently the vineyards are comprised of eight acres of chardonnay and eight acres of cabernet sauvignon. The vision of Vineyard 7 & 8 is to make truly great wines with elegance, finesse, balance and longevity expressing the wonderful terroir of Spring Mountain.
