We are fortunate to be working with renowned winemakers Robbie Meyer and Debbie and Randy Lewis of Lewis Cellars, who share our respect for the unique aspects of our vineyards and the broad complexity of our fruit. For the purest expression possible, the clusters are carefully destemmed (not crushed) and fermented as whole berries. After an extended maceration of the fruit, the wine is gently pressed and then aged for about 18 months in new French oak barrels.
