Spottswoode produces three wines in very limited quantities: the Spottswoode Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, the Spottswoode Sauvignon Blanc, and the recently-introduced Lyndenhurst Cabernet Sauvignon. The Spottswoode Estate has been farmed organically since 1985 and has been certified by the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) since 1990.

The wine produced from this vintage is from Chardonnay grapes grown exclusively in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This smooth refreching wine has an upfront applely-grassy start with a light oaky, buttery finish.
