The Genesis of the O'Shaughnessy Estate Winery occurred a decade ago when our family began a search for mountainside land with appropriate soils, exposure, and climate, capable of producing intense, full flavored Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. In 1996 after years of searching, we arrived on a parcel of land on Howell Mountain.
