Peter Merriam’s knowledge of wine and his many years experience as a successful wine retailer in Massachusetts made owning a vineyard and making wine under the Merriam label the next step in a long relationship with grapes and wine.
Our newest release has been one of our barrel favorites. This zinfandel spent 24 months in American and European Oak and was seasoned with 5% petite sirah. It has a dark purple color and is wonderfully smooth and fruity with the characteristic zinfandel spice.
