Six acres of the property are planted to Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. There is also a fully equipped winery, capable of producing about 20,000 gallons of wine per year – about 8000 cases. As the vineyard only produces about 24 tons of grapes per year - a yield of just four tons per acre – we purchase grapes from other super premium vineyards in the area in order to be able to offer a balanced inventory to our customers. Our portfolio consist of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Chardonnay.
