| Lyndsey's philosophy toward the making of Harrison's high quality wines has always presumed that the best wines are determined by the quality of fruit from which they are made. Her winemaking techniques are fashioned after those of the traditional Bordeaux school to which her consulting winemaker Marco Di Giulio also subscribes. Extremely gentle crushing, extended maceration prior to pressing, cold soaking before spontaneous wild yeast fermentation, barrel to barrel racking, and no fining or filtering.
