The wines are truly a reflection of Great Oaks Ranch, and are extremely limited. The wines are handcrafted from vine to bottle, with each vine tended by hand by Buona Terra Farming and the wines carefully vinified by our winemaker, Andrew Murray at his nearby winery.
The 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown in the famous Shenandoah Valley of Amador County. It was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The result is a crisp fruity wine with flavors of citrus, gooseberry and a flinty, mineral finish.
