Our long ... moretime friend Greg Graziano tutored winemaker Casey Hartlip in the making of this wonderfully floral and vibrant wine. Barrel fermented in neutral barrels and bottled in February to capture the bright mineral texture that this Spanish origin grape is known for, it displays the crispness of a Sauvignon Blanc and the controlled richness of a Viognier. Pair with a shellfish appetizer or soft cheeses before dinner.

The resulting tiny ... morecrop produced this intense, generous wine. Mouthfilling blueberry, cranberry and super-ripe strawberry flavors are balanced by the crushed rose petal aromas. We'd consider this wine a medium weight that will go with many dishes, including duck and lamb. 363 cases produced.
