2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
Sonoma County

The abundant summer warmth of 2004 brought an early start to a tremendous vintage in Sonoma County. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is open and aromatic, concentrated and vibrant. It is seductive, full of rich, ripe dark berry fruit aromas and notes of white pepper and spice. The flavors echo the aromatics and fill your mouth with luscious Cabernet fruit and sweet toasty oak. Beautifully integrated and refined, the velvety tannins will allow this wine to age well for many years to come.

We recommend serving the 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon with Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, classic oven roasted filet of beef or wild mushroom bruschetta.
