2004 Leaping Lizard Zinfandel
Sonoma County

Leaping Lizard Zinfandel is a full-bodied wine with rich fruit aromas of plum, blueberry and black cherry layered with cinnamon and spice. This wine is aged in a mix of French, Eastern European and American oak barrels for 16 months, which contributes a hint of toasty oak to the nose. On the palate, this wine exhibits lingering flavors of ripe red berry fruit and dark chocolate on the finish.
