A powerhouse red! Enjoy our Zin for its ample and full-flavored style. Dried cherry and plum aromas are layered with a complex range of woody, spicy and savory characters. On the palate, ripe red fruit flavors are integrated with flavors of anise, briar, black pepper and smoked meats. Our Zinfandel is aged for over 18 months in a mix of French and American oak, which give the wine a hint of oak and vanilla on the finish as well as velvety, fine-grain tannins.
