2006 Sauvignon Blanc
Lake County

The grapes used to produce our 2006 Shannon Ridge “Lake County” Sauvignon Blanc was Hand and mechanically harvested from our Family’s vineyards in the High Valley appellation in Lake County, California. After fermentation, the wine is aged 4 – 6 months in stainless steel. This wine has a pleasing complexity of aromas with smoky mineral notes and hints of jasmine, orange blossom and fennel. The mouth feel is nicely balanced with refreshingly clean flavors similar to the aromas and added nuances of citrus, lilac and apricot.
