2003 Mcgraw Cabernet Sauvignon
Sonoma Valley

John and Lynne McGraw’s Cabernet vineyard is ideally located on a south-facing hillside that can be seen just west of the winery. Cabernet needs this extra heat to fully ripen here in the valley. I’m now using this fruit to make a great Cabernet Shiraz blend. This wine though, is 100% Cabernet and shows classic Cabernet characteristics. 100 cases produced.
