2005 Gopfrich Zinfandel
Dry Creek Valley

I’ve been a fan of Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel ever since working two harvests at Quivira. When I got the chance to get some fruit from Ray Gopfrich’s vineyard near the west end of the valley, I jumped at it. This Zinfandel has crisp raspberry fruit, nice tannins and will be even better by late summer. Should continue to improve for 3-5 years. 185 cases produced.
