2005 Tolosa Chardonnay (No Oak)

This is Chardonnay laid bare; no ML, and no barrels to hide behind! Pure lime blossom, white peach, and tangerine fruit with a core of cool-climate minerality. This is a big, flavorful Chardonnay, but balanced by elegant, crisp acidity. Stellar with sushi, and equally at home beside simple tapas; warm roasted almonds, Spanish tortilla or thin slices of Jamón Serrano & ripe melon.
