Vines are older than 50 years.
Yield is less than 1kg per vine (2lbs).
Aged in a large French oak barrel for 9 months and new French oak barrels for 7 months. Additional ageing in bottle before release.
Alcohol - 15%.
Serve at 15º C (60F).
