The flagship wine of Demetria winery does not disappoint. A well crafted Pinot Noir meticulously selected by the clones, oak used and overall structure that is provided. The foundations of the famed Pommard clone exhibits well balanced cherry, black truffle, cola and spices. Lingering on the back of the mouth with deep red fruits, leather and a smokiness texture. Beginning with quality fruit from Sta Rita Hills, fermented dry then aged for 18 months on 75% new french oak, unfined and unfiltered Sandra will only get better with age.
