This summer wine has it's own agenda, and has already become a favorite amongst everyone that visits the winery. Like all of our whites, it has zero residule sugar and the pale golden/grey colour brought on by pushing the wine through malolactic fermentation. True Pinot Gris with tropical notes of guava, papaya & pineapple on the nose and a clean mineral candied ginger taste. Perfect for the Californian summer.
