This vintage is medium-bodied and displays an array of complex flavors that unfold on the palate, ending in a lingering aftertaste. It has a very complex nose with cinnamon, chocolate, sandalwood, cedar and dried currant aromas with well balanced tannin structure. This Meritage wine goes exceptionally well with red meat dishes like Herbed Roast Lamb or Veal Chops, Pepper Steak, and also Chicken with Garlic, Lemon, and Rosemary.
