The 2005 is hedonism in a bottle. When you drink it, let some drip down your chin and eat a leg of lamb like a barbarian. This is the perfect wine for Pagan rituals. Un-fined and unfiltered, so don't freak out on me if there is a little sediment - remember: that is a good thing.
