2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles
This Cab is blended with 25% Cabernet Franc. In our blending trials we noticed that the Cab Franc really helped bring out the nose of the wine. This wine has notes of macerated cherries, fresh pencil shavings, and new unsmoked cigars. Drink this wine with standing rib roast of beef, crusty pan seared Rib-eye steak, or glazed beef with Bourbon-Roquefort sauce. |
