Black cherry and blueberry dominate the aromas of this fruit-forward style Merlot. There are nice layers of rose petal, red apple, vanilla and licorice. The palate reflects the flavors with its fruit-forward style nuanced by a complex spice. The wine is very full on the palate with nice balanced tannins and good body. There is a well balanced acidity that lets the fruit character linger on the palate for quite some time.
