Winemaker’s Notes: The 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon from Broman Cellars exhibits pronounced dark fruit, black cherry and cassis flavors. A touch of anise on the nose along with a hint of leather rounds out this elegant and complex wine. Finely integrated tannins and an extended finish make this wine a classic. |
