We now are bottling our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon which has been "in barrel" for over two years. All we have is 115 cases with 13.7% alcohol. Aromas of cherries and cassis are centered around mature tannins with an acidity that stands up to rustic Mediterranean cuisine. The finish suggests subtle notes of minerality and oak.

I really enjoyed this wine! We opened it and really enjoyed how light it was. It didn't over power my prime rib dinner. I think this wine made the meal much better. I would recommend it to all of my friends. Suzy, San Francisco,CA
