Sultana and fried banana are setting the stage for a taste that will knock your socks off. Perfectly balanced American Oak, rounded tannins, and integrated alcohol are all gathered to flow down the middle of your pallet like a fresh oyster. With a lingering and voluptuous finish of dried apricots, this wine is crafted in a new world style in honor of Lodi fruit. This wine has been aged for 27 months in 100% American Oak - 75% new and 25% second fill.
