The first time I tasted this Cabernet in barrel, over a year ago, I knew we had something special. This is a giant fruit forward Cabernet with cola and root beer overtones on the nose. Years ago when we lived in Napa I remember a wine that was close to this in structure and finish. While this wine is still young and has a long way to go, you can drink it now, or lay it down for the next couple of years. Either way it’s a wine you will forever remember.
