Bottle has a well-made label and an unusual spelling of the name.The wine has a beautiful burgundy colour and is clear. No sediment or cork pieces floating in wine. Aroma is sharp, as is the flavor. While not harsh it has a more pointed taste than other pinot noir wines. The flavor remains for some time after swallowing. Pairs well with beef and lobster. The flavors enhance each other.
Pairs well with Filet mignon
