2006 Sauvignon Blanc Rutherford
Produced from our Estate fruit, the 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of two different clones of Sauvignon Blanc. After the perfectly ripe fruit is hand picked, fermentation occurs in 60 gallon French oak barrels where the wine is then sur lie aged for 8 months. Enticing aromas of citrus, Anjou pear, and apricot fill the nose. Zesty flavors of lemon and lime are followed by a pleasing flinty minerality from our Rutherford soil. A lively and full bodied Sauvignon Blanc that will pair well with your favorite dishes! |
